What a pleasure it is to go back to the kitchen at the end of the summer! The Farmer's market provides beautiful end of season fruits and vegetable, full of sun and perfectly ripe. It's time to prepare homemade pickles, preserved fruits and jams, to enjoy the delicious summer flavours throughout the winter.
